If I reboot I get the same issue where windows says USB device not recognized and a red light. So right now I have the 2 green lights but it fails in the checking sensor step. Update 2: Change USB ports and now just hangs in checking sensors. Rift is powered up and the checking sensor step doesn't fail but doesn't succeed either.
