Since the new Patch update, every time I open sims 4, my game is stuck. On the first loading screen (the one with te big, green plumbob), it just stops loading. I already tried reinstalling the game, repairing it with origin. I'm desperate. Thank you!!! I know I put this at the wrong category, but I don't know how to change it.

My name is HomeSteadGirl22 my problem with my Sims 4 game is whenever I start up my game after the Maxis and Sims 4 screen my game automatically goes minimized to where only the X symbol is and when I bring it back to it's original screen, the screen is completely white but the music is still going.

My iphone 4 is stuck in the setup phase with a white background. It tells me hello in several diffrent languages and tells me to slide to set up. I have already backed it up on itunes several times but it always returns to the hello screen with the white back ground. Can anyone please help me with this?
